Ya tenemos con nosotros la herramienta tanto como para OS X como para Microsoft Windows para hacer el Jailbreak a nuestro iPhone con Firmware 3.0. Aqui los enlaces.

Es tan sencillo como hacer correr la aplicación, seleccionar si queremos instalar Cydia e Icy, etc y restaurar nuestro iPhone con el .ispw generado con el jailbreak.
